You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, the warranty expires and you must contact your Local Mobile Phone Repair shop or Manufactory for any defects or issues with the product. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any open box or used items are subject to at least 10% restocking fee or more depending on the condition of the item returned. Up to 50% restocking fee may be charged if item comes damaged/dropped, physically abused and not defective when reported defective. No refund will be given if item is dead on arrival or item will NOT match IMEI # record when returned back. We will keep the item for up to 30 days. After 30 days item will be abandon and disposed and we will NOT be responsible for it if you fail to provide pre-paid return label to us within 30 days after sending us a wrong item.
